C.F. JordanC.F. 'Paco' Jordan, III
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Jordan founded Jordan Construction in 1969 as a small operation based in El Paso, Texas. His varied construction background includes experience as an engineer, superintendent, project manager, and the company’s chief estimator. As the Chairman of the Board, he provides the leadership, motivation and direction, propelling Jordan Construction from a small company to a major industry leader throughout Texas and the Southwest.

Mr. Jordan is actively involved in a variety of community initiatives including the Luis Palau Foundation, The University of Texas Development and Board, Society of International Business Fellows and the Freedom Foundation.

Darren G. WoodyDarren G. Woody
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Woody has 25 years experience in the construction and real estate development business and joined Jordan Construction in 2000. Mr. Woody has a B.B.A. in finance from The University of Texas and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech University. Mr. Woody has authored numerous publications on construction and real estate issues and is a frequent speaker at leading construction industry forums.

Mr. Woody is currently a director of Helen of Troy (NASDAQ: HELE), chairman of the El Paso Juarez YPO Chapter and a member of the Vestry at St. Clements Church.

J. Robert HutchisonJ. Robert Hutchison
Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hutchison has more than 25 years experience in the public accounting, real estate and construction industries. He began his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen and then as a consultant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers before holding the positions of CFO at ISEC, Inc., a large national subcontractor, and VP of Financial Services for Security Capital Group, a large NYSE REIT.

Mr. Hutchison joined Jordan Construction in 2003 and manages the shared services groups including risk/safety management, accounting, information technology and human resources.

Mr. Hutchison holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Accounting from Colorado State University. He is actively involved in the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, having acted as Finance Chair and a member of both the Governing board and Executive Committee.

David E. BaerDavid E. Baer
Executive Vice President – San Antonio

Mr. Baer has more than thirty years experience in the construction industry with extensive operational knowledge of hotel, entertainment and healthcare facilities, luxury condos and institutional and retail project construction. Mr. Baer graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Baer serves on the national board of the Association of General Contractors and is past AGC chair of the San Antonio chapter.

Paul BauerPaul Bauer
Executive Vice President – El Paso

Mr. Bauer has worked within the construction industry for more than 25 years and joined Jordan Construction in 1992. He has extensive experience in project development, design/build and construction and is responsible for all phases of construction. Mr. Bauer graduated from New Mexico State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Bauer is actively involved in the El Paso community and is past chair of the El Paso Chapter of the Association of General Contractors..

Denis E. GeeDenis E. Gee
Executive Vice President – Dallas Commercial Division

Mr. Gee has worked in the construction industry since 1976 and demonstrated expertise in all phases and types of commercial construction. Mr. Gee’s experience includes acting as owner’s representative and extensive experience in Latin America. Mr. Gee joined Jordan Construction in 1998.

Mr. Gee graduated from Northlake College in Dallas for Construction Management and holds a General Contractors License in the states of Florida and Louisiana and is a member of The Real Estate Council and AGC/QUOIN.

 

John GoodrichJohn Goodrich, PE
Executive Vice President – Civil & Concrete Divisions

Mr. Goodrich has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry, nine of which have been with Jordan Construction. As Executive Vice President of Civil & Concrete, Mr. Goodrich is responsible for all divisional operations and provides management oversight for all construction projects. Current and past projects include commercial/retail sites, residential subdivisions, water and wastewater systems, public roadways and international projects.

Mr. Goodrich holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in both Texas and New Mexico.

Mark LearMark Lear
Executive Vice President – Residential

Mr. Lear has over 30 years experience in construction, real estate and development with expertise in commercial and residential housing. Mr. Lear is actively involved in industry organizations including the National Apartment Association, Greater Dallas Home Builders Association and the Association of General Contractors.

Mike MillerMike Miller
Executive Vice President

Mr. Miller as been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years and has been a valuable leader with Jordan Construction for nearly 13 years. Mr. Miller has an extensive background in the construction industry in commercial, institutional and industrial projects leading all phases of construction.

Mr. Miller has been widely recognized for his achievements in the industry receiving the "Outstanding" Performance Evaluation for the Commissary & Exchange Mall at Pearl Harbor among many others.

Jay NelsonJay F. Nelson
Vice President – Houston

Mr. Nelson has been involved in the construction industry since 1962 and has an extensive resume of successfully competed projects ranging from hospitality and educational units to industrial and medical facilities. Mr. Nelson joined Jordan Construction in 2003.

Mr. Nelson earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Drake University and is an active member of the Association of General Contractors.

James RoachJames M. Roach
Vice President - Corporate Estimating

Mr. Roach has more than 35 years experience in the construction industry with extensive experience in hotel, government, healthcare, infrastructure, aviation, correctional, educational, distribution and sports facilities construction. Mr. Roach oversees the estimating operation throughout the corporation and is experienced in alternative construction delivery systems such as design/build and construction manager at risk.

Mr. Roach graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. Civil Engineering and earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Roach is an active member in the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Concrete Institute, the Precast Concrete Institute and a past board member of the Associated Builders & Contractors: Houston.

Patricia KagererPatricia Kagerer CSP, ARM, CRIS
Vice President Risk/Safety Management

Ms. Kagerer joined Jordan Construction in 2002 where she manages several award winning safety and quality programs, maintaining an EMR between .68 and .44 since 2005. Ms. Kagerer's specialty is management system implementations that directly effect corporate culture, insurance procurement and overall safety and quality performance.

Ms. Kagerer has a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University and a Masters of Education and Human Development from Southern Methodist University.

Ms. Kagerer is also a Certified Safety Professional by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, a Licensed Texas Claims Representative and Commercial Agent and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) from the Institutional Risk Management Institute.

Ms. Kagerer has received numerous professional awards and designations and is a frequent speaker on best practices. Ms Kagerer was recently selected as the 2007 Safety Director of the Year by the Dallas/Fort Worth area AGC (QUOIN) and the 2006 Safety Professional of the Year by ASSE National Risk Management Practice Specialty.

Cynthia RogersCynthia Rogers
Controller

Ms. Rogers has over 20 years of experience in the construction, real estate and natural gas industries managing the financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, job cost and facilities departments as well as leading the implementation of numerous financial accounting systems. Ms. Rogers joined C F Jordan as Controller in March 2001.

Ms. Rogers graduated with a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms Rogers is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
